Job description

About Us

Perspective's intention is to provide a solution for the problem that keeps most remodelers up at night: How can I capture more market share? Our goal is to take successful businesses and make them more successful by filling in the gaps in their sales processes and systems. Our intent isn't to become part of a long-term, slow bleed solution, but rather, to help create, teach, and deliver practical solutions with quantifiable deliverables so companies can move forward independently. We want to leverage our vast experience at all levels of organizational growth and provide small business owners with the tools necessary to drive their business to the next level. Creating plans for growth is easy when viewing obstacles from all perspectives, which is why Perspective Consulting Group exists.

About the Job

Perspective Consulting Group is seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Business Analyst to support clients and internal teams in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and developing practical recommendations for improvement.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, analyze data and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help translate findings into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Review existing business processes, workflows, and operating systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze sales, operational, and performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, process maps, and business documentation.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development and implementation of improved business processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable outcomes.
  • Work with consultants and client leadership to develop practical solutions.
  • Support project planning, implementation, testing, and change-management activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, processes, decisions, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives and client success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, analytics, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and KPI development.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a consulting environment.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
Bonus Points

Perspective emphasizes employee development, engagement, coaching, and helping people reach higher levels of performance, making professional growth and continuous learning particularly relevant to the role.

Perks
  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance-based incentives or bonuses.
  • Flexible working arrangements, depending on client and project requirements.
  • Professional development, training, and mentoring opportunities.
  • Exposure to a variety of businesses, projects, and industries.
  • Opportunities for career growth and increased responsibility.
  • Collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Opportunities to develop consulting, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • Health, retirement, and other employee benefits, subject to the applicable employment package.
