Job description

OverviewThe Business Analyst II - Operations plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance operational performance and support organizational goals.Responsibilities 
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Partner with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
  • Support implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives
  • Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track operational performance
  • Assist in testing (UAT), implementation, and post-deployment support for system changes
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies preferred
  • Knowledge of operational workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus

The expected salary range for this role is USD $61,500.00 - USD $85,000.00 Yr.
