Job description

Our amazing nanny & household manager has to relocate unexpectedly... We are looking for a long-term, experienced nanny & household manager for Tuesdays and Thursdays (9-5), starting September 1st in Alexandria (22302).  Care for three boys (8, 5, + 1) while helping keep our home running. We are looking for someone who can step in, see what needs attention, and take ownership of the day, from hands-on care of the baby and keeping the older boys moving to laundry, kitchen resets, tidying + organizing. The balance shifts day to day, so initiative and the ability to see the whole picture are key. Experience with the dynamics of a large family is a plus!
