Job description

Product Marketing Manager

Location

Hybrid role based in Florida, with an expectation of regular in-office collaboration.

Package

Competitive base salary of $140,000-$170,000, depending on experience, plus relocation support for the right candidate.

We're partnering with an established mobile games studio to hire a Product Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the category's most recognisable live-service titles.

This is an opportunity to join a growing studio at a transformational stage. Backed by significant investment and with ambitious growth plans, the business is looking for someone who can bring strategic clarity to product marketing, helping scale an already successful title into its next phase of growth.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll own the product marketing strategy for the studio's flagship game. This is a highly cross-functional role, sitting at the intersection of Product, User Acquisition, Design and Marketing.

You'll develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new features, LiveOps content and major updates, ensuring player engagement, retention and commercial success remain at the heart of every launch.

This isn't a pure performance marketing or User Acquisition role. Instead, you'll act as the strategic voice of Product Marketing-using player insights, market intelligence and data to influence product decisions, shape marketing plans and drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the product marketing strategy for a leading free-to-play mobile title.
  • Develop end-to-end GTM strategies for feature launches, LiveOps events and content updates.
  • Partner closely with Product, User Acquisition and Design teams to maximise player engagement and monetisation.
  • Analyse player behaviour, campaign performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build player lifecycle strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation.
  • Identify opportunities to grow organic acquisition and improve overall marketing efficiency.
  • Leverage player feedback, competitive analysis and data to influence future product direction.
  • Guide creative and campaign messaging while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

We're Looking For

  • 5-8+ years' experience in Product Marketing.
  • Experience within mobile gaming is essential.
  • Proven success working on free-to-play products.
  • Strong experience building and executing GTM strategies.
  • Deep understanding of player lifecycle marketing, engagement and retention.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Commercial teams.
  • Experience working with influencer or brand partnerships is advantageous.
  • Naturally curious about AI and how emerging tools can improve marketing workflows.
