Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing who has successfully led marketing efforts at mid to large-sized HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical companies. This is a senior leadership role, critical to shaping the future of our brand and ensuring we continue to build and sustain our business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the home services industry, a proven track record in driving growth, and the strategic vision to lead our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth across all service lines.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and manage the Bardi Home Services brand to ensure a consistent and positive presence in the market.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
  • Lead Generation: Drive and optimize lead generation initiatives across various channels, including digital, traditional, and grassroots marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can enhance our marketing reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Marketing for a mid to large-sized HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical company.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
