Job Summary:
Dev10 is seeking a Software Developer Associate for a Direct Hire position. This role provides an immersive, paid training program to build technical skills, followed by work on client software development projects for up to two years.
Responsibilities:
• Complete an immersive, 3-4 month paid training program to build technical skills from the ground up
• Receive mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers in a hands-on environment
• After training, work for up to two years on client software development projects
• Collaborate with teams to build and deliver high-quality technology solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin
• A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation
