Job description

Duque Isern Law LLC is a boutique Law firm seeking an immigration paralegal to handle both removal defense and family immigration cases. The candidate will prepare and file petitions and applications before USCIS, CBP, EOIR, ICE, NVC, and other government agencies. These forms include but are not limited to family-based petitions, applications for adjustment of status, naturalization, employment authorization, U visa, CBP/EOIR/USCIS FOIA requests, provisional waivers, reques for FBI records, asylum ,cancellation of removal, and VAWA petitions. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the desire to offer support to clients.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Family law experience is a plus
  • must have excellent client servicing skills and the ability to work in team environment
  • Exceptional time management and organization skillsPay commensurate with experience And benefits include retirement plan and paid time off.
