-Traditional practice

-See 15 patients per day in Clinic

-Round at hospital (volume from 0 to 7)

-Work four days per week

-Clinic hours are from 9 to 5

-Share call with 3 other pediatricians

-Cover one 200 bed hospital

-Level 2 Nursery

-Starting salary of $225K+

-Relocation of $10K and Sign-on of $20K
