What you’ll do

-          Daily agent calls to licensed and unlicensed agents
-          Setting new potential agent appointments daily
-          Conduct introductory zoom and in-person meetings
-          Manage daily CRM for follow-up and drip campaigns
-          Plan and execute recruiting events with our preferred partners
-          Social media campaigns
-          Weekly reports to management
-          Implement creative agent outreach with social media, e-blasting, text campaigns and local events
