Providence Medical Group - Southern Oregon is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join the Eagle Point Family Medicine Clinic, located just outside of Medford, Oregon. The clinic features a patient-centered medical home model and multi-disciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, psychologist, case manager, and clinical pharmacist.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.9 FTE to 1.0 FTE)
  • Schedule can be either 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week in clinic
  • Outpatient care only with minimal phone call

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000 signing bonus and up to $80,000 in educational loan repayment funds
  • Guaranteed base salary, incentives, and relocation assistance available
  • Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package, including PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability, CME days and dollars, and Malpractice
  • The clinic has an active site application on file with the Oregon Office of Rural Health for those interested in applying to the provider incentive programs
  • NHSC approved site
  • As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
  • Position is open to J1 waiver and H1-B candidates
