Your Opportunity

This role reports directly to executive leadership and provides the opportunity to shape the future of Quality across the organization.

You'll lead an established team responsible for:

• AS9100 & ISO 9001 Quality Systems
• Quality Compliance
• Metrology & Calibration
• Certified Welding Inspection (CWI)
• Quality Control Inspectors
• Internal & External Audits
• Supplier Quality
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives

What You'll Do

Lead People

• Coach, mentor, and develop an exceptional Quality team
• Build future leaders within the department
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and ownership

Improve the Business

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
• Strengthen Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
• Improve quality metrics that drive business decisions
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Production

Lead Quality Excellence

• Oversee the Quality Management System
• Maintain AS9100, ISO 9001, and ASME compliance
• Lead customer and certification audits
• Improve inspection processes and quality reporting
• Ensure world-class customer satisfaction

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
• 5+ years leading Quality teams within manufacturing
• Strong AS9100 experience
• Experience in precision machining or aerospace manufacturing
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Experience leading customer and certification audits
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Passion for coaching people and building high-performing teams

• Certified Lead Auditor
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma Certification
• Metrology leadership experience
• ASME Quality experience
• Supplier Quality experience

We currently provide Large and Small Machine Shop Services, Welding Fabrication, Millwright Field Services, Gearbox Repair, and State-of-the-Art Laser Inspection Services. Our major Customers are found in Mining, Power Generation, Aerospace & Defense, and other critical Industries.
