Job description

TITLE: OB/GYN Physician | Outpatient Focus | $400K Potential + Relocation Assistance
LOCATION: Massachusetts

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician to become part of a supportive clinical team focused on comprehensive ambulatory obstetric and gynecologic care.

Position Highlights:
• Outpatient-focused OB/GYN practice
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• No robotics required
• Supportive and collaborative clinical team environment
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
• Competitive compensation package up to $400K
• Established patient base with continued growth
Practice Overview:
• Deliveries:
* 2023: 10
* 2024: 105
* 2025 YTD: 101
• Credentialing required at only 1 hospital
• Strong clinical support staff including:
* Family Nurse Practitioner
* Nurse Triage Team
* Medical Assistants
* Front Desk Support
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $350,000 - $400,000
• Full Benefits Package
• Relocation Assistance Available
• Full-Time Position
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive ambulatory OB/GYN care
• Deliver routine and preventive women's healthcare services
• Participate in shared call schedule
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Support quality patient care initiatives and organizational goals
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff in a positive team-oriented environment
• Participate in peer review and organizational meetings
• Serve as a trusted healthcare ambassador within the community
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of OB/GYN practice experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
