Open Positions Include: CNC Machinists CNC Operators Manual Machinists Metal Finishing Operators Robot Operators Compensation & Shift Premiums Starting Pay: $25–$30/hour 5% Shift Differential for Afternoons 6% Shift Differential for 3rd Shift Most openings are on afternoon and evening shifts What You'll Be Doing Operating and/or setting up multiple CNC and manual machines including mills and lathes Working in a precision-driven medical device manufacturing environment Using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and measuring equipment to ensure quality standards Supporting production, machining, finishing, and robotic operations Maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process What We're Looking For Level I Candidates: Experience operating multiple CNC and/or manual machines Comfortable working with mills and lathes Experience using precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Level II Candidates: Experience setting up and operating multiple machines Background in metal finishing and/or robotic operations preferred Ability to troubleshoot and maintain production quality standards Why Consider Relocating to Tennessee?
