What is relocation assistance in injection molding jobs?

Relocation assistance in injection molding jobs refers to the support offered by employers to help new hires move to a different location for work. It is commonly provided when specialized skills are required, and the ideal candidate is not located near the job site. The specifics of relocation packages can vary widely depending on the company and position.
