What You will Be Doing

Clinical Care

  • Room patients and support providers during visits
  • Manage EMR tasks (lab orders, charting, charges)
  • Process prescription refills.
  • Complete accurate patient documentation
  • Respond to patient calls and concerns.

Administrative Support

  • Request, scan, and manage medical records.
  • Process referrals and maintain accurate patient data.

Scheduling

  • Manage appointments (schedule/reschedule/cancellations)
  • Keep provider schedules accurate and efficient.
  • Educate patients on upcoming visits and procedures.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year Medical Assistant experience
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Strong EMR and computer skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
