Job description

NOW Courier is expanding our Lease-to-Own (LTO) program and is actively seeking independent contractors to join our growing network of delivery professionals.

We are currently prioritizing drivers with a valid CDL Class A or Class B for dock truck opportunities. Drivers with other vehicle types and license classes are also encouraged to apply as additional route opportunities become available.

As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility of accepting delivery opportunities based on customer demand while building your own business with the support of NOW Courier.

Your Mission
  • Complete professional deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Operate independently while maintaining communication with dispatch.
  • Build a successful business through our Lease-to-Own program.
Route Details & Schedule

Current Hiring Priority

  • Drivers with a CDL Class A or Class B for dock truck opportunities.

Schedule

  • On-demand dispatch based on customer needs.
  • Delivery opportunities are available throughout the week.
  • Contractors choose to accept available work that fits their schedule.

Vehicle Program

Requirements

Current Priority Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or Class B preferred for current dock truck opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Pass background screening.
  • Ability to operate independently.

Vehicle Requirements

  • Current dock truck opportunities require a qualifying commercial vehicle.
  • Additional opportunities may become available for cargo vans, sprinter vans, box trucks, and other approved vehicle types.
