Job description

About the Role:
Passion Masonry LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Administrator to join our growing team in North Charleston, SC. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping our masonry projects running smoothly from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and love keeping things organized, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and field crews throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and correspondence
  • Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with job cost tracking (Quickbooks)
  • Assist with submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing within project management systems
Requirements:
  • Prior administrative experience in construction, masonry, or a related trade industry preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus (Contractor Foreman) 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus 
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on evolving responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
