Job Summary: The Quality Engineerย is responsible forย analyzing and improving product and process quality by conducting inspections, tests, and quality engineering reviews. They develop and implement quality assurance programs, perform statistical analyses, and lead initiatives like process failure modes effects analysis (PFMEA) and production part approval processes (PPAP). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards,ย documentingย and communicating findings, and recommending process improvements.ย Theyย maintain, execute, and createย CMM programs.ย Additionally, the Quality Engineerย maintainsย knowledge of relevant quality codes and standards and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance product reliability and manufacturing precision.
