Role:Site Reliability Engineering with RCA
Location:Boston, MA- Onsite
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Software Support professional with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Technical Project Management. This role combines technical expertise with project coordination skills to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of software development, deployment pipelines, and system architecture.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
  • SRE & RCA:
  • Expertise in conducting RCAs and implementing preventive measures.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and disaster recovery processes.
  • Project Management:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Support, SRE, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in RCA and managing technical projects.
  • Certifications in SRE, ITIL, or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
