Support the Maintenance Manager in building, organizing, and improving the site maintenance program from the ground up.
Coordinate the development, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance tasks across equipment, utilities, and facility assets.
Maintain maintenance schedules, task frequencies, asset records, service histories, checklists, and work instructions.
Help establish structured maintenance routines for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities.
Track open maintenance actions and follow through to completion.
Preventive Maintenance and Reliability
Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure work is completed on time, documented correctly, and aligned with equipment criticality.
Support equipment condition monitoring and reliability efforts using appropriate tools and methods such as inspections, trend review, vibration checks, thermal review, and other predictive practices where applicable.
Monitor overdue PMs, recurring failures, chronic equipment issues, and repeat downtime events.
Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for breakdowns and recurring mechanical or electrical issues.
Help improve asset reliability, extend equipment life, and reduce unplanned downtime.
Hands-On Technical Support
Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment and facility support systems as needed.
Assist with diagnosis and repair of motors, drives, sensors, controls, pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, valves, and related components.
Support troubleshooting of PLC and automation-related equipment issues at the field level, including sensors, motor controls, and I/O-related problems, in coordination with qualified resources as needed.
Perform or support lubrication, parts replacement, alignment, calibration, inspection, and other maintenance activities in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company procedures.
Support facility upkeep and maintenance tasks tied to building systems and infrastructure when required.
Downtime, OEE, and Performance Improvement
Track equipment downtime and maintenance-related losses by line, area, and asset.
Support collection and analysis of maintenance data related to breakdowns, minor stops, chronic losses, and recurring failures.
