Job Title: Senior Scrum Master – Healthcare

Location : Remote

Compensation : 45-50$/Hr on C2C/1099

Work Authorization: GC, USC

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong healthcare IT experience to drive Agile delivery across complex programs. The role requires expertise in coaching teams, enabling high performance, and ensuring compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

· Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery of healthcare solutions (EHR/EMR, claims, interoperability, digital health).

· Remove impediments, risks, and delivery bottlenecks to maintain velocity.

· Drive Agile maturity, coaching teams on Scrum/SAFe best practices.

· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS) during delivery.

· Provide status reporting and metrics (velocity, burndown, release tracking) to stakeholders.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

· 10+ years of IT delivery experience

· Strong experience in healthcare IT projects (payer/provider systems, HL7, FHIR, claims workflows).

· Proven success with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks across distributed teams.

· Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) required.

· Agile Program/Release Train experience a plus.
