Job Summary: 

The Sales and SolutionsCoordinator plays a critical role supporting the sales team and sits at thecentre of the customer experience - managing orders from first inquiry throughfinal approval and into production. This role involves coordinating sales processes,managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and developing tailoredsolutions to meet customer needs. It requires someone equally comfortablecommunicating with customers and navigating internal systems, with a sharp eyefor detail and the ability to keep multiple orders moving simultaneously toensure overall client satisfaction.


Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum

Location: Oakville, Ontario. This position is an in-office position Monday - Friday.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full order lifecycle:gather customer requirements, coordinate artwork and proofs, facilitateapproval rounds, and enter confirmed orders into Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Serve as the primary point ofcontact for customers throughout the order process - providing updates,answering questions, and resolving issues quickly.
  • Request, review, and relay proofsbetween internal production/design teams and customers, ensuring accuracybefore sign-off.
  • Source products outside Entripy'sstandard catalogue to meet specific customer needs, including obtainingsupplier pricing.
  • Maintain accurate order recordsand status updates within the ERP system.
  • Identify opportunities to improveorder flow and communication processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft DynamicsERP or similar order management systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in orderprocessing, sales coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail andaccuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication andproblem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite.
