Job description

Overview

Transmission Relay Engineer required to join collaborative engineering culture in Orange and Rockland Engineering. The work allows for broad, diverse experience managing small to large projects that allow engineers to learn and be challenged.

Responsibilities
  • Under limited supervision (Engineer) of the Principal Electrical Engineer or Manager of Transmission and Substation Engineering, performs Electrical Engineering work in the Transmission Relay Engineering discipline. The work involves the design and application of Utility grade relay systems to the transmission and substation systems for the Company.
  • Provides engineering support to various operations groups throughout the Company.
  • Engineer will serve on committees as required as well as attend and represent the Company at industry meetings.

This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
