We're currently looking for a Relationship Banker to join our Belgrade branch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, enjoys helping people reach their financial goals, and wants to play an important role as part of a collaborative and fun team!
What You'll Do
As a Relationship Banker, you'll be trusted with both day-to-day banking activities and relationship-based customer interactions:
  • Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable presence by performing teller functions accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for opening and servicing accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, fiduciary, and other deposit products.
  • Build and deepen customer relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending solutions that support each customer's financial success.
  • Participate in bank campaigns and initiatives to help grow the market and strengthen our community presence.
  • Understand and follow all bank policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
