Gradient is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll work with clients to understand their needs, explain regulations, and offer solutions to protect their operations. Your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and teamwork will be crucial to delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards.
Key Details:

  • Pay: $25.07/hour
  • Location: 9111 SE Saint Helens Street - Clackamas, OR 97015
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8 am to 5 pm (occasional overtime required)

What You'll Do: As the Client Relations Specialist, you'll support the compliance team by providing essential administrative and back-of-house support. You'll communicate with drivers, client representatives, and third-party partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Foster and sustain client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service.
  • Stay informed about regulatory concepts and communicate this information to clients.
  • Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions.
  • Communicate with clients, employees, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and fax.
