Veterinary Relations Manager
Tampa Bay Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care Center (TBVS)
Greater Tampa Bay Area | Full-Time
Position Summary
Tampa Bay Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care Center is seeking a relationship-focused Veterinary Relations Manager to strengthen partnerships with referring veterinarians and veterinary teams throughout the Greater Tampa Bay region. This role combines referral relationship management, business development, referral data analysis, marketing strategy, and social media engagement to support hospital growth and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians, practice leaders, and veterinary teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between TBVS and the veterinary community.
  • Analyze referral data, trends, and market opportunities to develop targeted growth and marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute territory plans, account strategies, and referral partner action plans.
  • Manage local social media activity, content coordination, community engagement, and event promotion.
  • Support CE events, hospital open houses, outreach initiatives, and referral partner programs.
  • Collaborate with specialists, clinicians, and leadership to resolve concerns and improve the referral experience.
  • Utilize tools and reporting to track activity, opportunities, and results.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in veterinary relations, practice management, healthcare business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using data and analytics to support business growth initiatives.
  • Experience with social media management and community engagement preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a geographic territory.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area.
