Cottonwood Residential is hiring! We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our Salt Lake City team! This position will manage our Cottonwood Highland and Richmond Apartments in Millcreek, UT. Apply today!

Qualifications & Preferred Experience of a Senior Property Manager

  • Minimum three (3) years of Property Manager or related experience required.
  • Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
  • REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred.
  • Entrata Core experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
