Job description

Position Description The Reinstatement List is restricted to former Court employees who meet the criteria outlined below. ELIGIBILITY Former permanent, regular status employees of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles who have separated from employment with The Court without fault or delinquency within the previous two (2) years (three (3) years for Court Reporters) are eligible for reinstatement. WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT The information provided on your application will be verified, and you will be notified if your request is approved, denied, or if more information is needed to make a determination.

If your request is approved, you will be placed on a Reinstatement List, and departments may contact you to interview for open positions as they become available. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Selected candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background check if necessary for the position.
