Reproductive Endocrinologist And Fertility Specialist

At Center for Reproductive Medicine, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding patients through the transformative process of growing their families and provide every conceivable chance for success.

Center for Reproductive Medicine is a physician-owned and managed practice with two locations in the Twin Cities, including a state-of-the-art embryology lab, two andrology labs, and over 70 dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and consultations for new and existing patients.
  • Determine appropriate testing and diagnostic procedures to identify potential infertility causes.
  • Review and discuss test results with patients.
  • Advise patients on best treatment options based on their individual needs.
  • Work with patients to educate them on the treatment options.
  • Create customized treatment plans for patients to maximize their pregnancy rates.
  • Prescribe any medications as needed.
  • Perform in-vitro fertilization procedures while maintaining the highest success rates.

Job Requirements:

  • Permanent resident of the U.S.
  • Fellowship trained and Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and OB/GYN.
  • Thorough and experienced understanding of fundamental principles of reproductive endocrinology, infertility, and ART.
  • Knowledge and understanding of third-party reproduction.
  • Desire to continually improve and enhance clinical care through career development and continued education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated empathy and compassion.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to assess challenges and proactively seek solutions.
  • Personal commitment to excellence, integrity, compassion, transparency, and honesty.

Guaranteed salary of $300,000–$350,000 during a three-year partnership track. Following partnership, compensation becomes productivity-based, with earnings tied to patient volume and significant income potential through participation in the practice's ongoing growth and success.

Our experienced laboratory team is led by a laboratory director and on-site laboratory manager who oversees a large team of embryologists and andrologists.
