What is a rehabilitation center?

A rehabilitation center is a facility designed to help individuals recover from physical injuries, illnesses, or addictions through specialized therapies and support programs. These centers often provide medical care, counseling, and various therapies like physical, occupational, or speech therapy, depending on the patient's needs. Rehabilitation centers can be inpatient or outpatient, and their primary goal is to help individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

These skills ensure the center operates efficiently, delivers quality patient outcomes, and maintains compliance with healthcare standards.

What are some typical challenges faced by professionals working in a rehabilitation center, and how can they be managed?
