About the Position

As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you'll work one-on-one and in group settings to support clients in their recovery journey. You'll help individuals develop daily living skills, connect with community resources, and overcome barriers while fostering independence and personal growth. Every day offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
Schedule

Full-Time Positions Available
Choose the schedule that works best for you:

  • Five 8-hour shifts per week or
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week

What You'll Do

  • Provide encouragement, coaching, and direct support to individuals in recovery
  • Assist clients with daily living skills, including shopping, budgeting, meal planning, and personal wellness
  • Transport clients to appointments, community activities, and other essential services
  • Facilitate and participate in therapeutic groups and wellness activities
  • Work collaboratively with Case Managers, Therapists, and other members of the treatment team
  • Complete documentation and maintain accurate service records
  • Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that promotes recovery and independence

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
