Our Rehabilitation Center offers a welcoming and collaborative workspace. You will work alongside a team of highly skilled professionals from diverse disciplines, including occupational therapists, occupational health specialists, and rehabilitation psychologists. This onsite setting allows for immediate support and interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and histories, creating tailored treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.
• Implement treatment strategies that encompass a range of therapeutic modalities, aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing case management.
• Engage in ongoing communication with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to align treatment approaches.
• Utilize various rehabilitation techniques and equipment, including therapeutic exercises, postural training, and manual therapy methods.
• Guide patients and their families in understanding treatment methodologies, anticipated outcomes, and home exercise programs.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to educate the public about injury prevention and wellness strategies.

Our patient population is diverse, spanning a wide range of needs encompassing orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases. You will encounter patients at different stages of recovery, from acute injury management to rehabilitation following surgery. Emphasizing personalized care, you will build relationships that motivate and empower your patients throughout their healing process.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Georgia.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in electronic health record systems.
• A demonstrated ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with patients, fostering trust and compliance.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or clinical internships in similar environments will be preferred. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic equipment and modalities will be considered an asset, as will any experience in community health initiatives.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
