What We're Looking For:The Rehabilitation Sales Specialist is a field-based role, owning responsibility for sales growth. The RSS assumes full performance responsibility for all Myomo sales growth from referral sources. Within their assigned geography, the RSS works in close partnership with Myomo field teams to maximize territory revenue and MyoPro technology adoption. Collaborate with Marketing, O&P Channel sales teams, and field RMS/RMO teams to implement efficient business practices and strategic plans to engage physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers for business development to increase referrals.
Core aspects of the role include strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, as well as the ability to portray credibility to both clinical and business stakeholders, and the ability to get our technology adopted in clinics and facilities that treat patients that might benefit from the MyoPro. The Rehabilitation Sales Specialist will frequently interact with physicians, therapy directors, managers, leaders, and business owners as well as occupational and physical therapists. The RSS may also interact with prospective patients, physicians, prosthetists/orthotists, healthcare administrators, stakeholders from rehab/VA hospitals, and other support staff. This vital team member will execute customer relations policies, coordinate education and training for customers, and liaise between customers and internal personnel.
How You'll Drive Impact:
  • Grow the network of clinics that refer their patients for a MyoPro.
  • Grow referrals and sales of MyoPro's from clinics and clinicians.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies within targeted customer segments, prospecting and acquiring new qualified therapists and physicians, leading business development and onboarding for all Direct Bill key contacts.
  • Identify sales opportunities, develop selling strategies and present to key decision makers to achieve product adoption.
  • Drive product interest and engagement for therapists, physicians, key decision makers, and other referrals sources via holding in-services and/or other clinical showcases and presentations.
  • Manage the business-to-business sales process and act as the liaison between the referring facility and the RMS RMO or COEs in screenings/evaluations as needed.
  • Close Collaboration with the RMS or COEs to handoff the relationship for continued product education/training.
  • Generate and analyze competitive market analyses, understanding and monitoring trends and competitor data to identify business development opportunities.
  • Identify influential groups and associations and conduct quarterly presentations.
  • Assist RMS in managing existing account relationships and status including retention, ensuring provision of customer service and support to troubleshoot either clinical or technical challenges, delegating if necessary.
  • Partner with leadership in setting annual and quarterly sales plans and growth targets, safeguarding alignment with Myomo's marketing and branding strategies.
  • Achieve sales plans for all channels and product groups.
  • Complete and submit customer documentation in timely manner while certifying accuracy; fulfill assigned tasks on-deadline, including CRM updates, monthly reports, expense accounts, and any other documentation requested by the leadership team.
  • Manage assets for referring clinicians, including demo kits for providers as needed. Utilize best practices with demo devices as far as caretaking/handling, packing, and storage, ensuring that they are in strong working order and sending units in for servicing if needed.
  • Plan/coordinate and participate in customer-facing in-services and events both local and regional industry meetings and trade shows as assigned.
  • Display exceptional availability and responsiveness, utilizing communication/collaboration tools including CRM, email, text, phone calls, and voicemail daily, regularly interacting with direct supervisor, peers, clinicians, and the marketing team.

*Please Note:
Base Salary Range is $100,000 - 110,000 depending on experience. Through our commission/ variable compensation plan, there is potential to earn up to $150,000.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years' experience in a clinical sales or business development role with a strong preference toward medical device or other relevant industry background.
  • Based from Florida covering the Southeastern states with proximity to a major airport, as well as ability to accommodate frequent travel. (Up to 75%.)
  • Tech-forward orientation and advocacy along with the ability to quickly train and become proficient with Myomo's products to adequately support field-based clientele.
  • Strong motivation, drive, and work ethic with an emphasis on both results and clinical-informed account management, customer service, and education/ patient care.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a rehab science.

Preferred:
  • Strong experience in neuro rehab.
  • Advanced degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy.
  • 5+ years selling into outpatient rehab clinics in a large geographic territory.
