Job description

Sea Colony Recreational Association is excited to announce the opportunity of Activities Desk Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Activities Desk Attendant will act as the central point of communication for all activities, registration and operations. They will assist all customers in a pleasant, professional manner with excellent customer service. This person will also maintain the retail area. This person should be able to portray the activities programs as family-oriented that can accommodate the differing needs of all our owners and guests.

What you'll do:
• Maintain knowledge of the Sea Colony Community and be available to refer guests and members to other Sea Colony locations.
• Market information on the daily activities and ongoing programs to our customers either in person or on the phone
• Oversee registration for all pre-registered activities.
• Monitor all retail merchandise and keep the retail area clean and organized
• Act as cashier for programs and retail
• Assist front desk staff as needed
• Greet all guests and check for proper membership identification
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide administrative and clerical assistance to management as needed
