RRAs perform a range of clinical tasks, such as obtaining patient histories, conducting physical exams, and assisting with imaging procedures. They also communicate preliminary observations to radiologists and help ensure the quality and safety of imaging studies. RRAs play a vital role in improving workflow and patient outcomes in radiology departments.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a registered radiologist assistant (RRA)?

To thrive as a Registered Radiologist Assistant (RRA), you need advanced knowledge of radiologic imaging, patient assessment, and a relevant bachelor's degree plus ARRT certification as an RRA.
