You Will:

  • Administer injections and monitor patients during/post administration.
  • Administer post-biopsy vital sign checks on patients where applicable.
  • Access central lines/ports, initiate IV access.
  • Draw lab specimens peripherally or via central line.
  • Assist with Hypersensitivity Reactions; provide preliminary exam and vital signs in the event of accident/injury at the center.
  • Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
  • Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
  • Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
  • Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
