In this role, you'll coach and develop team members, drive operational excellence, and ensure patients receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, solving challenges, and making a meaningful impact on both patient and employee experiences.

What You'll Do Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Partner with operational leaders to improve workflows, staffing strategies, and service delivery.
Support Clinic Operations

  • Address front-office challenges that impact clinic flow, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and operational effectiveness across multiple sites.
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Oversee registration processes, insurance verification, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation and adherence to operational standards.
  • Assist with staffing plans, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead implementation of best practices and process improvements across the region.
Ensure Compliance & Quality
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote accuracy, consistency, and accountability in all registration-related activities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for team members and operational leaders.
What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Leadership experience in healthcare, patient access, registration, medical office operations, or a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and managing employee performance. Knowledge of patient registration, insurance verification, billing processes, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive operational results in a fast-paced environment.
Why Join OrthoVirginia?
  • Lead teams that directly impact the patient experience.

  • Work alongside collaborative providers and leaders.
  • Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping people move better and live better.
