Registration Representative at Select Physicians Surgery Cener, LLC

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Registration Representative to join our front office team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients — welcoming them to the center, verifying insurance, collecting payments, scheduling procedures, and supporting a smooth check-in and registration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
  • Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and obtain necessary signatures
  • Accurately enter patient information into our system
  • Schedule and confirm procedures with patients and physician offices
  • Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • Support front desk operations and assist with daily reporting tasks

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year of office/hospital experience.
  • Medical Terminology preferred.
  • Formal training in customer service is preferred.
  • Must have skills necessary to operate the office equipment required to fulfill job duties.
