As a National / Area Air Logistics Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing air cargo warehouse and distribution operations across the region. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance and safety, developing high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding service to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment.

How you create impact
As the National / Area Air Logistics Warehouse Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for air logistics warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient movement of cargo while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all air logistics warehouse and distribution operations within the assigned area or country.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, service standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor warehouse leaders and operational teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency through workforce planning, productivity improvements, and optimized resource utilization.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, system integrity, and efficient cargo flow throughout warehouse operations.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational performance.
  • Manage operational KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost control, customer service, and compliance.
  • Partner closely with Gateway, OCC, Customs, Transportation, and cross-functional business teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, aviation, and industry requirements, including applicable certifications and licenses.
  • Lead warehouse expansions, relocations, facility improvements, and business implementation projects as required.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, customer audits, and strategic growth opportunities.

What we would like you to bring
  • 5-10 years of experience in air logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven success leading warehouse operations and managing direct and virtual teams across multiple locations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, operational reporting, and air cargo warehouse processes.
  • Solid understanding of safety, security, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives, operational excellence, productivity gains, and cost management programs.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, budgeting, and project management capabilities.
