Remote Position

In this role, the National Sales Manager is responsible for contracting Master Service Agreements with emerging food service brands, large regional accounts, and assigned national account opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, negotiate and close high value contract opportunities
  • Develop proposals for present to prospective chain prospects of 75+ locations
  • Maintain customer and prospect relationships through proactive communication and a pipeline management system
  • Manage and initiate complex proposals and service agreements for new and existing customers.
  • Successfully achieve sales targets as established by senior leadership
  • Directly manage all aspects of the premier account prospect pipeline and provide accurate / timely forecasts and status updates on an ongoing basis
  • Utilize Company’s sales tools and prospect white space list to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the corporate office staff and all cross departmental teammates

  • Successful in prospecting new customers
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Five or more years outside sales experience
  • Creative and skilled sales leader who has experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
  • Results oriented sales leader with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, who possesses strong work ethic, and excellent sales, negotiation, communication and people skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills.  MS office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time throughout the U.S.

Salary: $90-110k w/SIP
