Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Stellar Industries’ accessory product lines across the United States and Canada. This role develops strong relationships with dealers, customers, end users, and industry partners to expand brand awareness, identify customer needs, and deliver effective solutions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:


Sales & Customer Development:

• Drive sales growth within assigned markets through customer engagement and relationship management.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Stellar product solutions.

• Prepare and deliver timely quotes and support customers throughout the sales process.

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, end users, and key industry contacts.

• Support market awareness through participation with industry associations, training organizations, and trade events.


Account & Territory Management:

• Maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers to support current and future business opportunities.

• Provide regular sales activity updates and market intelligence reports.

• Review customer orders for accuracy and ensure product specifications and requirements are met.

• Manage travel and entertainment expenses within budget guidelines.


Professional Expectations:

• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Complete assignments, projects, and territory initiatives accurately and on time.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.


Travel Requirements:

• Overnight travel by car or air is required, including occasional weekends.

• Expected travel: approximately 50%.

• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain a CDL required.


Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of equipment sales experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of the fuel, lube, utility, or related industries preferred.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.


Residence: The Western Territory includes the following states: Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada.
