US Anesthesia Partners – Gulf Coast is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic, collaborative anesthesia teams serving the North and Northwest Houston region.

This position provides support for anesthesia services across multiple hospital locations throughout North and Northwest Houston. Registered Nurses hired into this role will typically be cross-credentialed to practice at the following facilities:

  • Houston Methodist Willowbrook
  • Houston Methodist Cypress
  • Houston Methodist The Woodlands
  • Memorial Hermann Cypress
  • Memorial Hermann The Woodlands

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) collaborates with physicians and anesthesia team to provide safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative process. This role utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supporting anesthesia procedures and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough nursing assessments and document findings accurately in the medical record.
  • Assist anesthesia providers with procedures including nerve blocks, epidurals, and spinal anesthesia.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia-related procedures, recognizing and responding appropriately to changes in patient condition.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Promote a positive, patient-centered experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compassionate care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations and patient care.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of recent nursing experience required.
  • Critical Care (ICU) experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
