Mission

The Regional Sales Manager for Residential Products is responsible for driving sustainable business growth within the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, consultants, and internal partners. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and channel partners to execute company priorities, strengthen market presence, and achieve sales and profitability goals.

Principle Activities

Relationship Building & Collaboration

Build, develop, and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with distributors, dealers, consultants, specifiers, and internal stakeholders

Act as a collaborative partner to distributors by aligning territory strategies with shared business objectives

Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support and execute company priorities

Serve as a visible and engaged representative of the company within the territory, reinforcing brand values and commitment to partnership

Business Growth & Market Development

Drive sales growth by partnering with distributors and dealers to identify opportunities, expand market presence, and increase demand

Develop and execute effective business plans with each distributor to support revenue growth and long-term success

Identify short- and long-term growth opportunities through market and industry analysis within the assigned territory

Monitor competitive activity, including product offerings, pricing, and promotional                              strategies, and share insights to inform decision-making

Sales Execution & Performance Management

Support distributor and dealer performance through ongoing engagement, coaching, and product training

Assess distributor and dealer results and collaborate on action plans to improve performance and achieve shared goals

Manage effective local sales promotions and coordinate promotional activities aligned with territory objectives

Achieve assigned territory sales targets through disciplined planning, execution, and relationship management

Marketing & Strategic Alignment

Partner with marketing and sales leadership to provide input into short- and long-term marketing strategies

Support the development and execution of local communication and marketing plans that are effective, consistent, and cost-efficient

Contribute to the development of the annual strategic marketing plan and territory sales forecast by distributor

Financial Management & Planning

Develop and manage the territory sales and marketing budget, ensuring alignment with company goals

Forecast sales accurately and manage expenses within the approved annual budget

Fulfill financial control and risk management responsibilities inherent to the role

Reporting & Administration

Complete required administrative responsibilities, including monthly activity reporting, itineraries, expense reports, and account profiles

Ensure timely, accurate documentation that supports transparency, planning, and performance tracking
