This role focuses on teaching, reinforcing best practices, and helping team members consistently deliver on First Commerce's Service Standards.Your role will include:First-Year Team Member Support – Own the First-Year Team Member Success Program by providing structured coaching, confidence assessments, and scheduled touchpoints throughout each new retail team member's first twelve months.Operational Coaching – Provide real-time coaching to financial center team members to help strengthen confidence, consistency, and execution.Onboarding Support – Partner with leaders to support new hires as they build the knowledge, skills, and independence needed to be successful.Retail Operations Guidance – Reinforce teller operations, consumer loan origination processes, member service, compliance, digital banking, systems navigation, and operational procedures.Service Standard Reinforcement – Observe branch operations and help reinforce consistent execution of First Commerce policies, procedures, and Service Standards.Technical Support and Teaching – Provide guidance for complex transactions and operational questions while helping team members learn through the process.Continuous Improvement – Identify trends, recommend improvements, and partner with Retail Leadership, Learning & Development, and the Knowledge Center to enhance resources and processes.Retail Initiative Support – Assist with the implementation of new products, services, systems, procedures, and technology initiatives across assigned financial centers.Market Travel – Travel regularly among assigned financial centers within the assigned market to support team member development and operational consistency.What You Bring to the TableYou're a strong communicator, natural coach, and experienced retail banking professional who enjoys helping others grow. You know how to build trust, explain processes clearly, and support team members in a way that encourages both confidence and accountability.We're looking for someone who brings:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.A self-directed, highly motivated approach with strong organizational and time management skills.Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulations.Knowledge of First Commerce Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures preferred.At least 3 years of experience in a financial organization selling and servicing members or customers, with a proven record of sales accomplishments.At least 3 years of loan origination experience, including mortgage products, with knowledge of account structuring, loan origination policies, and operational procedures.A proven track record of individual sales results and mentoring peers.Management or supervisory experience with proven sales results preferred.A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree and/or credit union courses such as CCUE, MERIT, or STAR Program preferred.Why First Commerce?We're a full-service, member-owned credit union with deep roots in the community and a bold vision for the future.
