We're looking for an ambitious, organized, and highly responsive Junior Regional Retail Sales Manager to support our Regional Retail Sales Manager in leading our growing fleet of retail stores.

What You'll DoRetail Operations & Store Support
  • Partner with the Regional Retail Sales Manager to support all retail locations (New Hope, Philadelphia, Boston, and NYC)
  • Visit stores regularly to coach associates, provide operational support, and ensure brand standards are consistently executed
  • Step into stores as needed to assist with coverage, leadership, and day-to-day operations
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience, sales performance, and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a trusted resource for store teams and assist in resolving day-to-day challenges
Leadership & Team Development
  • Coach and mentor Store Managers and Sales Associates alongside the Regional Retail Sales Manager
  • Reinforce company expectations, sales techniques, and customer service standards
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Help maintain a positive, high-performing culture across all locations
  • Step into leadership responsibilities whenever the Regional Retail Sales Manager is unavailable
Scheduling & Workforce Management
  • Assist with creating and maintaining schedules across all locations
  • Help identify and resolve coverage gaps proactively
  • Support scheduling software management and ongoing schedule adjustments
  • Work closely with Store Managers to ensure proper staffing levels
Store Performance
  • Help monitor weekly sales performance and key retail metrics
  • Support reporting and performance tracking across all stores

  • Help recognize trends, celebrate wins, and identify opportunities for improvement
Retail Operations
  • Ensure stores remain organized, well-stocked, and operating efficiently

Facilities & Expansion Support
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance requests and store repairs
