Job description

Regional Recruiter

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Work Arrangement: On-site/In Office

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Salary: $42,500–$48,000 annually

Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses

Reports To: Atlanta Market Manager

Put the Right Players on the Field

TeamWRX Staffing is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Recruiter to support our growing Atlanta market.

This position will recruit for both contract-to-permanent staffing opportunities and Project/Event Base Opportunities. The Regional Recruiter will partner closely with the Atlanta Market Manager and account leadership to understand each client’s operation, develop effective recruiting strategies, and connect qualified people with opportunities where they can succeed.

This is not a résumé-forwarding position.

At TeamWRX, recruiters are expected to become trusted advisors to candidates, clients, and their internal team. You will build talent pipelines, evaluate qualifications and cultural alignment, prepare candidates for success, and remain engaged throughout the hiring, placement, and retention process.

The ideal candidate combines the urgency required for staffing with the patience, judgment, and consultative approach needed for direct-hire recruiting.

What You’ll Do

Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle for contract-to-permanent.
  • Partner with the Atlanta Market Manager and account leadership to understand each client’s business, culture, hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce challenges.
  • Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies for individual job orders and ongoing talent pipelines.
  • Create accurate, engaging job postings and maintain active positions across approved recruiting platforms.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, our applicant tracking system, referrals, networking, social media, and community partnerships.
  • Review applications and résumés daily, conduct phone screens and structured interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, dependability, motivation, and cultural alignment.
  • Present qualified candidates with clear recommendations—not simply a collection of résumés.

Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience

  • Build genuine, professional relationships with candidates and TeamWRX Teammates.
  • Communicate honestly and consistently throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by reviewing the opportunity, company expectations, interview format, and next steps.
  • Coordinate client interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding requirements, background screenings, start dates, and first-day communication.
  • Ensure candidates understand the job, schedule, compensation, workplace expectations, and long-term opportunity before accepting a position.
  • Follow up after placement to support successful starts, retention, and redeployment opportunities.
  • Treat every candidate with professionalism, transparency, preparation, and respect—regardless of the hiring outcome.

Support Atlanta Market Growth

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated client needs.
  • Develop relationships with career centers, workforce organizations, colleges, community partners, and professional networks.
  • Attend hiring events, job fairs, client visits, and community recruiting activities as needed.
  • Share relevant labor-market information, candidate feedback, competitive trends, and potential business leads with market leadership.
  • Collaborate with account managers, business development, payroll, human resources, and other TeamWRX markets.
  • Support urgent staffing needs while maintaining TeamWRX standards for quality and communication.

Maintain Operational Excellence

  • Keep candidate records, interview notes, job statuses, onboarding documents, and placement information accurate and current.
  • Follow TeamWRX recruiting workflows, communication standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in daily team huddles, weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, scorecard reviews, and professional development.
  • Use recruiting technology, automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and sourcing platforms to improve productivity without sacrificing human judgment or connection.
  • Track results related to candidate engagement, fill rate, response time, onboarding accuracy, placement communication, quality of hire, and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and share successful practices with the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Two or more years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience is preferred.
  • Experience with contract staffing, contract-to-permanent placement, direct-hire recruiting, or professional search is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage urgent staffing orders and longer-term professional searches simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing, résumé review, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and follow-up communication.
  • A service-oriented and consultative approach to working with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, email, texting, and other recruiting technology.
  • Confidence making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective candidates.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidential information.
  • A willingness to receive coaching, follow proven processes, and continuously improve.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to attend occasional recruiting events or client visits throughout the Atlanta market.
  • Ability to work from the TeamWRX Atlanta office Monday through Friday. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary of $42,500–$48,000, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Short-term disability coverage
  • Paid vacation and personal time
  • Paid holidays
