YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You support the development and execution of regional fleet strategies by maintaining rolling fleet forecasts and optimizing vehicle allocation across North America
  • You manage regional fleet plans, vehicle lifecycle strategies, fleet utilization, defleeting activities, and long-term forecasting models to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
  • You liaise with Revenue Management, Operations, Purchasing, Remarketing, Finance, and Fleet leadership to align vehicle supply with business demand and strategic objectives
  • You maintain fleet planning models, performance dashboards, market analyses, forecasting tools, and key performance indicators including utilization, residual values, vehicle holding costs, and revenue per day
  • You receive and analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify trends, recommend strategic actions, and support fleet placement, purchasing, and disposition decisions
  • You assist leadership with scenario planning, executive reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, cross-functional projects, and strategic recommendations that support SIXT's long-term fleet strategy

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You have 3+ years of experience in fleet strategy, supply chain, transportation, logistics, operations planning, finance, business analytics, or a related analytical function
  • Education You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Technical Proficiency You are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, and have experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools
  • Soft Skills You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions
