Job Title: Regional Property Manager
Location: Yonkers
Overview:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties within the designated region.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the properties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.
  • Lead and develop property management teams to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement property management plans and budgets.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Address tenant concerns and maintain positive tenant relationships.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize property occupancy and tenant retention.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of property management regulations and market trends.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
