The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Western region, AZ, NV, CA, WA, and UT. This role provides leadership responsibility for a team of outside sales representatives across key industrial and distribution markets, with direct impact on regional performance, team development, and execution.

This is a field‑oriented leadership role. While posted in Nevada, the role manages a multi‑state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.
