As one of the fastest-growing concepts in the health and wellness space, we are seeking an exceptional regional leader to oversee and accelerate the growth of our Denver market.
Position Overview
The Regional Manager serves as the senior operational leader for the Denver market and is accountable for all aspects of business performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this individual will lead General Managers and market leadership teams while executing a disciplined growth strategy that drives sustainable profitability and creates an industry-leading customer experience.
Strategic Leadership
  • Execute the company's strategic vision throughout the Denver market.
  • Execute annual operating budget and growth initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change and continuous improvement.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.
  • Partner with executive leadership on market expansion.

Multi-Unit Operations
  • Provide leadership for five Stretch Zone studios.
  • Ensure excellence in brand standards, member experience, staffing, sales goals, and compliance.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
